Developed in Australia, the ZORK closure is now being manufactured in the US . The ZORK closure seals bottles like a screw cap but pops like a cork without the problems of cork taint and random oxidation. This popular new closure is already being used by several US wineries.

ZORK®USA, a business unit of Portola Packaging, Inc., is proud to
announce the opening of a high-speed manufacturing cell for the ZORK®
wine closure at their 135,000 square foot facility just outside of Phoenix,
Arizona. Portola completes all manufacturing, assembly, printing, and quality
assurance testing operations for ZORK in-house.
ZORK Production Begins in United States

Portola Packaging's Arizona manufacturing plant has begun production of the ZORK wine closure - an alternative closure for wineries. The ZORK closure is comparable in price to the screw caps and will accommodate a variety of bottles commonly used in the US.
