Independent Analysis of Provisor Closure Trial After 12 Months

In 2005 ZORK hired Provisor as a third ty testing agency to provide a comprehensive independent assessment of ZORK V1. Using a Yalumba 2003 Riesling sealed with ZORK V1 and ROTE closures, an analysis of sensory impact, SO2 concentration and OTR level was performed. The ZORK closure displayed a strong showing in all categories.
